Christy comes to EliteCare with vast experience in leadership and team management. She has over 20 years’ experience in the field of Education where she held a variety of leadership positions and was key in engineering process change, curriculum development, and team training throughout diverse education systems.

Christy joined EliteCare in 2014 and immediately began to lead the initiative to position EliteCare as one of the foremost leaders in the industry of orthopedic products and solutions in Arizona and throughout the Southwest. As Vice President of Operations, Christy has been pivotal in leading EliteCare’s whole organization in both billing and claims operations. She also leads our customer service, employee relations, logistics and entire operations team.  Her experience in training and education has made her instrumental in providing management solutions, as well as unmatched customer care.

Christy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University and a Masters of Education, focusing on Educational and Organizational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. She has three children and enjoys spending time with family and friends, dining out, traveling, attending sporting events, and reading.

Hayley joined EliteCare over 18 years ago and was instrumental in the formation of the company. Through sheer determination and a strong work ethic, she went from a sales representative to President and Co-Owner in one of the most fiercely competitive industries: orthopedic medical devices. She has played a critical role in the growth and development of the company while having the vision and drive to secure EliteCare’s position as the largest and most successful orthopedic product and solutions company throughout Arizona and the Southwest. She is consistent in driving growth, generating revenue, and has spearheaded EliteCare’s market penetration year after year.

Hayley is passionate about developing true partnerships with her valued customers. She has always been and continues to be an innovator in the orthopedic marketplace.

Hayley has won many awards and accolades for her work, including the prestigious award of “Distributor of the Year” and Presidents Club in 2010, 2014, 2016, 2020 and 2021 and “Billing Distributor of the Year” in 2015, 2019 and 2022. She was also awarded Sales Representative of the Year numerous times throughout her career.

Hayley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Davis. She is a former marathon runner, triathlete and loves traveling the world. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and watching her son play competitive baseball.

Kory joined EliteCare as a Sales Manager in 2009. Throughout various acquisitions and changes within EliteCare, he was soon promoted to Regional Sales Director under Hanger Inc. He started his career in the medical device industry in 2006 where he quickly gained significant market share and a strong customer base. Throughout this time Kory has consistently doubled revenues and he continues to maximize profits year after year in a fiercely competitive region.

Prior to his start in the medical device field, Kory served 12 years as a sales manager in the freight and logistics industry. He credits his early experience in management with giving him the strong foundation to lead and foster relationships that guides his daily interactions today.

Kory is now the President and Co-Owner of EliteCare. He has proven himself to be effective and wholly accountable in his high-profile executive roles. He is able to overcome complex business challenges and make high-stakes decisions using experience-backed judgment, innovation, strong work ethic, humor, and irreproachable integrity. Kory is a visionary thinker with an entrepreneurial drive. He confidently executes strategies and secures agreements that allow EliteCare to continue capturing lead market position in orthopedic products and solutions. Kory received the prestigious “Distributor of the Year” Award and Presidents Club for 2014, 2015, 2016, 2020 and 2021 as well as “Billing Distributor of the Year” in 2015, 2019 and 2022.

Kory has three children and never misses an event, sport, or big moment in his kids’ lives. He loves his dogs, his Arizona Cardinals and gourmet cooking for his entire family.
